I haven’t been able to upload any photos or do too much here on my blog due to this week’s move to Southern California… So, without further ado…Here’s one from last spring… when rain and snow fell over Northern California.

California Wind Farm in Spring
This photograph was created with my (then) trusty Nikon D700, sold late last year, but still an amazing Nikon DSLR body, and my ever trusty Nikon 70-200mm f/2.8 VR Lens.
I always go on about the importance of using a good tripod, and this photograph was no exception. The above mentioned Nikon D700 body, and 70-200mm f/2.8 VR Lens, were held still by my always used Gitzo GT3531 6X Carbon Fiber Tripod, topped off with a Really Right BH-55 Ballhead. When you need to take a clear, in focus shot (you ALWAYS need to take clear and in-focus shots, just FYI), you can’t beat that ballhead and tripod combination.
I’d like to hear your comments and thoughts. Copyright 2012 by Jeffrey Aiello Photography.
Happy Shooting!
